Should I Submit All Client Sites To Search Console?

Hello Folks,

I am kind of unsure on whether I should add every client website to my Google Search Console, I completely build each client site from scratch/ground up which is what they paid me for but not maintaining marketing/seo so just wondering is it a good idea to add all 50-60 current sites to search console or only focus on my main sites that are actually mines?? Just hate to login my search console and see loads of sites if its not best idea
