Need a wordpress guy for a quick fix

I have a site on wordpress that is a clients who is getting an error message that says Warning: Illegal string offset 'id' in /home/toot/public_html/wp-content/themes/magazinum/header.php on line 4
and it has some alignment issues. Just need someone to fix the code so the site looks right. PM me a price but the first one who can fix it for $10 can have the job. Otherwise send me a price.
