Hello folks, i need some help here.

I can't explain all problem by words, just tell me a noobs. Here the image


Short Link Example: Bitly

I copying an article from website A where it contains a Bitly link
then i publish it on Website B, BUT when i click the Bitly link on Website B, it redirected to Another Web. I try to click the Bitly on Website A and it works, The problem is, how to make the copied Bitly link works as Website A....
