How to reduce number of request by Combining Elements

Hi,

New here, hope I find hew friends
My question is this, I used Gtmetrix.com to evaluate my page speed & there are many requests on my website like many css & Js.
Gtmetrix recommend to combine them, so how can I combine them into one while they are loading from multiple sources! is it possible?
