Google structured data

I have a smalll local buiness site (physical therapist) with 8 pages.
On every page I have the name and contact info.

I read in google webmaster tools about structured data and ld+json.
is it OK to add the LocalBusiness information to all pages in the head or should I only put it in the contact page ?
