Exchange remarketing lists with similar sites for RLSA

Hi all,

I have a technology site which I advertise with Google Adwords. I would like to make an experiment - exchange or purchase a remarketing list of a similar site and use it for search ads (e.g. increase bid modifiers if a user has visited that site). I'm looking for technology sites, UK or any other European traffic.

Has anyone tried this? Were the results better?
