Can my author place his Adsense code on my site

I got banned from Adsense 5 years ago because I bought bot traffic to my site ( I was dumb and young)

And now I own a established news site which get over 1 million uniques a month from my Social channels, I make my money with native ads.

My best writer asked if he can add his Adsense code on my site as his revenue instead of fixed payments from me.

I'm happy to do this because I only use one native ad on the bottom of each article, so there's lots more room for ads.

But the question...

Can my author place his Adsense code on my site
