ADCENTER/ADSURGE possible scam company

Hey -

I just want to share my experience I just had with Ad-center / AdSurge)

I recently signed up with them and we both agreed on a 0.05 USD CPC. As I usually don't trust any ads provider, I have added a click count on my link to be sure I will have enough data on my Google Analytics, just in case they try to screw me.

Anyway, I've got over 10K impressions over the week-end .. and due to the lack of response I've decided to ping them (see ENTIRE conversation attached)
