Star extensions in ads

Hi, our star ratings have been removed from our ads recently and I'm not sure why that is and wondered if anyone could offer some advice?

We used to have a Feefo logo on the site that would link back to the Feefo site and pull our rating, but this has been removed. Could this be a reason why the star ratings have gone?

Also, we have had no reviews yet this year (2016) I believe you need 30 meaningful reviews, but does this have to be in the year or across a period?
