Why i can`t create Yahoo mail account?Yahoo sucks...

Captcha verifiaction for Yahoo just doesn`t work for me.I type the right digits and every time it says "wrong verification".
I really need a yahoo mail account.
And there is no option to sing in using Fb and Google.
I tried using different IPs and it doesn`t work.
Maybe i`ll have to pay someone to create an account for me...
