Redirect Wildcard subdomain to primary www.domain.com using Hostgator account

Hi,

Can someone assist me in Redirect Wildcard subdomain to primary www.domain.com using Hostgator account.

example:

someone mistypes: wwsw.domain.com or wsase.domain.com - it redirects them to www.domain.com.

I am able to get the DNS part to work but the web host won't display properly as it's a shared hosting and it requires changes to Virtual host settings to accomplish this.

Does anyone know of another way...
