Question about capitals in email address and if this makes a difference?

Does it make a difference when you send out an email with non-capital letters even if a email address containes Capital letters.

For instance:
If i have a email address that looks like this

and i would send an email to

Would the email that i have send still arrive or would it bounce and not be arriving?

I know when you type in a address in a browser and the domain contains Capitals from where you picked up the...
