Payment processing for Filesharing & reseller site?

Hello,
W e are legal businesses from Vietnam. We have filesharing site & reseller site ( like oneclickreseller.com, premiumissuer.com,... )
Does anyone know the best payment gateway for this? Stripe.com is good but they currently can't support companies from Vietnam.
