I have been searching for a php developer for ages and taday I remembered about this forum.
I have a site that has a costum made script.I want to add a simple panel for users to add tools.
I cant explain the whole project because it is blackhat site.
I have the files of the panel i want to add but I want someone to add them in my script and be sure there is not bug in the script.
I have a fixed buget.
