So I have a business which I run and it does not generate enough turnover to be registered for VAT, however I have found other new marketplaces but they require my business to be VAT registered.
So I want to know if it is legal for me to own two companies, one which is VAT registered, and one which is not, as if the company I own, if that becomes a VAT company then there will be 0 profit in the company as too many deductions.
Unless ofcourse you can become vat registered and not...
