With regard to web banner, it should be one we can both use as cover picture to Facebook and Image picture on our webshop. Image picture on the web shop must have objectives 1190px wide and 497px high. Can you create web banner in two sizes so it suits both webshops goals and facebooks 851 pixels wide and 315 pixels high?
