Fast $25 to design Logo & Favicon

We have a start-up shop that sells women's shoes in size 40-45. In the long term probably men shoes, gloves and bags.

They are called: Romer Shoes but it may well be with BIG letters or what you think of. The only requirement is that the color is black. There may also well be a kind of drawing or something. We target the upper middle class, so the design must be pure and timeless.
We also need a favicon, which they can use in our URL.
