Embed Radio onto Word Press Blog

Hi,

I am new to blogging and Word Press, so I apologise if this a novice question etc. I have an internet radio channel that I would like to have embedded in the side bar or somewhere, so people can play the channel from my blog.

Does anyone know if this is possible?
