Can i trust the Free Shipping of Aliexpress for my bussiness?

Hi, I am creating a new store with shopify to sell cheap stuff of Aliexpress using the free shipping but I am afraid of the complains of the buyers because the shipping takes long time. How do you deal with that problems? How can avoid the bad reviews that will have my shop. I am starting with less budget and living outside the US, that is the reason that I am interesting selling with Free Shipping. Many thanks!
