Hello guys, sorry if i write in the wrong section.
I have such situation:
I need make external links for project of my client.
Need register his links in free or paid derictories with good Page Rank.
For example: http://ift.tt/1RtinFt (not spam) - PR of this site 5 and cost to place URL link is 40$. I need more same directories free or paid with good PR, where i can place the links. Can you give me links, recomendation or any usefull topic...
