question about the server location for yahoo mail (Iran !)

With firefox I have the flagfox extension, it shows the domain name, the IP address and the location for the server (and for bonus the flag for the concerned country).
With the authentication page for yahoo mail ( http://ift.tt/1h1uOWx ) I have for the location for the server : Iran and for the IP address : Tehran (see http://ift.tt/1Agq8fo ).

Is it normal ?
