Jcow - Does anyone know where to get page contents

Hey,

I can't get into my Jcow admin and I simply want to get the content for my own custom pages - I have all pages and database access but I dont know where it is actually stored.

I posted on Jcow but haven't heard anything back, I also tried archive.org but the site had it blocked by htaccess
