Previously i had a blog with custom domain and using my adsence account i applied for adsence. But it rejected. After that i moved to website and by doing this my adsence account becomes hosted one. Now I am not able to apply for adence approval as Upgrade button under my adds>other products not opening form to tell google for new website address. Please resolve this.
