Virtual assistant /Web developer

I'm looking for someone that could help me on a day to day that I can offload some specific tasks to. Most of my work centres around Web development with magento and wordpress and some photoshop and seo stuff. Knowledge in meteorjs would be nice.

I'm looking for someone who has good communication skills is timely with good common sense judgements that could be self directed given project briefs. Being able to work in est timezone would be great.
