Need a simple rotating menu for a Wordpress Theme

Hello I am in need of menu options for a Wordpress Theme, we hope it can be SEO friendly(as best as possible) , fast use and fast loading, please PM me if you can do this bit of coding?

The theme is :
NewsPaper by MyThemeShop
I am looking for options that will allow for up to 100 menu items. Drop down , sliding or suggestion. If you can also suggest an existing option that would be great as well.
