Is that Themeforest.net Regular Licence Does not allow to create multiple site

Hi Friend,

I am little confuse about themeforest.net Regular Licence++ Extended license. Like themify.me theme club or other it does not provide unlimited site sell license.

Regular licence need to buy for each client site you charge for, other side Extended site license is too much costly compared to others.

Can anyone make it clear ???
