How to create Docslide.us clone?

Hi, I want to understand what would be involved to create a DocSlide.us clone.

I own Docs.co.in and want to develop it on similar lines. I don't think its too difficult to create. Just want someone to push me in the right direction to get me started.

Any help is highly appreciated.
