End of 2015 I wanted to advertise as an advertiser on clicksor and they told me that $1,000 was the minimum but if I wasn't happy with ROI I could request a refund.

Traffic is the worst that I bought, though I buy in about 20 other ad networks
Normally when I buy 1,000 visitors around 700/900 visitors arrive at the site,
there's a loss that's normal . But with them it was only 8/10 on 1000 paid lol
