Can someone please decode this nasty eval gzuncompress base64 encoded piece of code?

First of all if anybody can help me with this it's much appreciated, I found this code in one of my scripts, and can't for the life of me decode it.
If anybody can help me I can pay them $10 over PayPal

Also if you could provide a short explanation on how you decode it for learning purposes it would be much appreciated thanks in advance to anybody who can help me...
