We have been using Stripe for over a month without a single problem, and we like Stripe's functionality and ease of use. Everything was smooth and perfect until we had a dispute against us by a customer who wrongly entered her email address therefore causing our e-commerce server being unable to automatically send her the download links for the e-books she have purchased. (Instead of .coM, customer provided us with an email that ends with .coN, typo of N instead of M)
