problem with bing rewards

I have been a member of bing rewards for a long time now. however lately i have ran into many issues with it. every time i try and redeem a reward. the order gets canceled almost immediately.. i tried contacting bing rewards support about this issue but they gave me the same run around each time. saying they will look into it. and that's the last i hear from them. and its not just my account too. my fathers account,my sisters account and my room mates account. are all doing the same...
