How to judge the quality of a web directory site?

I just learnt from a blog post that this joeant.com is recommended as a quality directory site where you can list your site for a better seo purpose. So i tried to check traffic of this site in SEMrush. This result is like this: Does it means that this website is hit seriously for some reasons? Am i going to list my website in this directory?
